First, check if your Windows is up to date

While building, the graphics card works hard. If it's too hot, the system will kick you out of the game. Clean your laptop because probably your ventilation system is not efficient.
However, sometimes it is not enough if you are building a few hours. I have a similar problem with a good graphics card and that's why when I build every half hour I save my home to the library. Even if the system throws me out of the game, I will lose very little.
The other thing is to make sure that you always have current drivers for the card. But you probably have a GeForce Experience - so also current graphics card drivers.
Could you also post your Computer's DxDiag?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
