Re: Sims 4 Crashing/Freezing/Lag, Surface Pro 3/7

My game will open but will become stuck on the loading screen with my mouse frozen, if I exit the game window it will load to the main menu but then again become stuck not allowing me to move my mouse. If I use the touchscreen on my tablet I can open a save but again I have to exit the game window before it will change screens. 

I've tried removing my mods folder, repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and removing the Sims 4 folder and reloading the game, as well as updating and restarting the game as well as my tablet. I have attached a dxdiag report in hopes it will help.
