Do you have more than one account? If so you likely logged into the wrong account.If not this is likely a problem with Origins cache. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Notice that if you saved the game in its current state then the changes are permanent.
