@bluedawn221 Please check that OneDrive setting anyway, and please post a dxdiag, as requested. And let me know whether you use a third-party antivirus, and if so, which one.
I haven't manually set OneDrive to automatically sync the contents of documents, and here's the dxdiag,
Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 22000) (22000.co_release.210604-1628)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: Inspiron 3502
BIOS: 1.4.0 (type: UEFI)
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver N5030 CPU @ 1.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.1GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3902MB RAM
Page File: 4203MB used, 8914MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWSAnd also I do use avast as an antivirus
@bluedawn221 That's not a dxdiag, that's a tiny fraction of one. I was looking for the entire file, as in, click "Save all information," save the text file, and attach it to a post.
Avast could be the issue here. Please set exceptions for Sims 4 and Origin as described in this article:
https://crinrict.com/blog/2020/10/add-exceptions-to-anti-virus-programs.html#avast
Thanks, that worked!
