Re: Sims 4 Insufficient Memory Error

@HaleiNae02  Sites like CYRI are highly misleading for Sims games.  Or rather, the source they use is misleading: EA publishes the requirements for the base game, or the base game and a particular expansion, not for running a bunch of packs together.  4 GB memory hasn't really been enough to run all Sims 4 content together in years, perhaps since Cats & Dogs came out or not too long after.

In your case, your computer has 4 GB RAM installed, but the available memory is only 3.5 GB, with the rest set aside for the graphics chip's use.  (This is a good thing in general: the chip does need to borrow from main memory to do its processing, and this way it doesn't need to wait for the processor to free up that space.)  Between that and Windows 11, there isn't much left over for Sims 4.  This is why I suggested playing Sims 4 with nothing else running.

Your dxdiag also shows the page file is almost completely used.  This isn't surprising: the page file is where excess in-use data is stored when there isn't enough RAM to go around.  Increasing the size of the page file may help somewhat.  This is a good guide:

Try setting the initial size to 12200 and the max to 15000 if it'll let you, otherwise 12288 (three times 4 GB).  Then restart your computer and try playing, again with nothing else running aside from the EA App.
