@CamoBugg0328 If the antimalware service has the same logo as other Windows services, it's from Windows, and it's fine. If it looks like something else, open the Task Manager's Startup tab and see if you can find a third-party antivirus on the list.
For the error itself, please create a new admin Windows account and try playing in that. Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into Microsoft, and don't sync with any other services you normally use. The username should contain only letters and numbers, no special characters or accents. You'll be able to sign into Steam and Origin and shouldn't have to redownload anything.
Before trying to play, right-click on the Sims 4 icon in your Steam library and select Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game files. This is the equivalent of a repair in Origin, and it's worth doing just to be thorough. Let me know whether you can actually play afterwards.
