@randadean99 Get to Work is included with an EA Play subscription, which in turn is offered with XBox GamePass Ultimate. Is it possible your sister bought a subscription or redeemed one, and now that sub has expired? That would explain how she'd played with GtW despite not purchasing it.

If your sister isn't sure, please have her look over an online guide covering GtW's content. Ask her if she recognizes any of that content, if she happened to have it in her game at some point. It would be extremely strange for the game to think that a save that had never been exposed to a given expansion needs that expansion in order to work, but people buy and cancel subscriptions all the time.

@puzzlezaddict she does have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, and from what we can tell her subscription hasn't changed so I'm not sure why GtW might've been taken away. I'm now just going into each save and playing a bit, then saving and exiting and the "requires get to work" message is going away. I don't know if this is a permanent fix, but we couldn't seem to figure out the subscription thing so this is the next best option I guess. Thank you so much for your reply! I only play through EA and know nothing about the Xbox GamePass so I didn't even know it came with GtW.
It's kinda hilarious that she didn't even know she had the pack lol

@randadean99 If the subscription is still active, your sister should be able to use GtW. Does the EA App think it's owned and installed? You can check under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. If it's on the list but not installed, you can download it. If the App thinks it's installed but it's not loading in-game (and the game has been telling you it's not loading), that's a separate issue covered here:
