@Azli2706  It looks like the game has not finished installing. You need to let the game complete installing and if you still get an error you could try to manually download and install Visual c++ redistributable from Microsoft but I would recommend letting the game installation complete first.

    @Azli2706  Did you have the game installed on that computer before? Did the game ever play? Did you try to uninstall the game and reinstall the game?

    actually yes it was instlled on this before and i did uninstall it and tried to reinstall
