Hello @JordynIsJello, so sorry this has happened to you!
Try downloading the free version of Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the EA app. Then, using a fresh copy of the download file, download the app again. Now try downloading The Sims 4 again.
Alternatively, fill in an EA Error Report to get your issue fixed by the EA team in hopefully less than 1-2 weeks. To do that, go to the menu, click help and 'EA Error Report'. Let it make changes to your device and fill out the form.
