As @jpkarlsen explained, underage accounts might see this message. Even if you are not trying to get the game with an underage account, keep also in mind the age rating of the game in your country.

For example, the game is rated T (teen) in USA, 6+ in Germany, or 18+ in Russia. If you have questions around this, please, contact us through EA Help: https://help.ea.com. Please, don't post your age in here - this is a public forum.
