Yes, i have bought both of the expansions but i have been playing them perfectly fine without any trouble since they came out ☹️

Update: So the i tried updating my drivers with the link you gave me, but it's telling me "This installation package is not supported by this processor type" Am i doing something wrong? I checked down below to make sure mine was where it lists the compatible processors and it is. Sorry for being such a newbie. 😳

    Intel support may be able to help you with that error message. You can also look for a driver from HP.

  • I'm unable to find a driver for my computer. I'm out of options and guess i just won't be able to play my game anymore. ☹️

    It took 2 minutes to find it on HPs support site however that is very old so the driver from Intel would be the one to get. Like I wrote Intel support should be able to help you with the error message you get.

    Since this is a Desktop you also have the option of buying a Graphics card and install that. Your manual should tell you more on what you can use, If in doubt go to a Computer shop tell them you have a Hewlett-Packard 500-270 desktop and ask for a Graphics card for it. It should be a budget card don't let them persuade you to buy a high end card as you can't utilize its power anyway. If you have no experience in adding expansions to a Computer then see if someone you know can help or take it to the store and have them install it.

  • Yeah I know. I was on the hp support site first thing and tried to locate one to install to my computer but they didn't have one for it. After about a hour of looking around I kind of gave up. I will contact Intel support and if I have any luck I'll update you. I'll also look into finding another graphics card to purchase if that doesn't work out. Thank you so much for all the details and help you've provided me with.

    I contacted intel to see why i was getting that weird error message. They gave me a set of steps to try which seemed like it was going to work but i got a different error message than last time i tried it. So i emailed them and hopefully they reply by tomorrow morning with a fix or something else to try so i can get my driver updated.

    As stated above, yes, i do use mods, but the first thing i tried was taking them out to see if that was the problem but it didn't help. I'm going to wait for a reply and i will update this thread as soon as i figure out a solution.

    Update: I successfully got the updated driver. I've been playing my game to see if it helped. The first 5 minutes it closed out on me. I decided to give it another try and it took about a hour until my game closed out again. Before i updated the driver my game would go unresponsive then give me the option to close the program and force close, now my game just randomly exits out out of nowhere. It doesn't tell me that the game is not responding or anything. Besides buying a new card, do i have any other options at this point?

    As I told you, your graphics are below minimum requirements If the new driver and setting graphic options to low didn't work then there is nothing else to do than upgrade.
