@A112341  Please test a new save and let me know whether the problem still happens.  If the new save is fine, test your main save again, but move your sims to a different lot first.  This is to see whether the problem is the sims or their house.  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

If the new save is affected, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
