OomarcyoO  Do you use other mods or any custom content?  If so, does it help to remove the Mods foldre?  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

And how many households are there when you start to delete them, and how many do you need to delete before the game starts running well again?

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
