Re: Sims game freezes every few seconds

I have repaired the game, reinstalled it, deleted all caches, rebuilt Electronic Arts in documents and removed mods. It is clearly the many NPC households that are causing long loading times and causing Sims to keep freezing. It worked fine before the Life and Death update. I have all the packs so I have a lot of NPC households (with and without lots). I think the bug is there either way, but you don't notice it until you have a certain number of households (NPCs or not). For me the game works up to about 270 households. Anything beyond that makes the bug worse.
