Re: SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED

Same issue here - was playing fine earlier, all my packs were there. For me though it was after getting some costum content from Curseforge - after that, all my packs were gone when I went into the game. I don't know if the two are connected though, but I uninstalled all costum content + Curseforge itself, and still the packs aren't showing up.

Can still run the EA app and the game though, no ERROR message here, but just no packs.

Edit: Never mind, getting the error code now here too after rebooting the app!

  • Yeah I do have mods but I removed them all and tried to open the game up again and still the same issue ☹️

    Me too.

    Yesterday everything was fine.

    Now it says I don't own any packs and that I have to purchase get to work.

    I turned of mods in the game options but that didn't work.

    Same issue first it made me log in again.Now says I own no packs. Attempting to repair gives a download error. What was the point of replacing origin with an app that consistently has issues?
