Re: Sims Queue Bar Freezing - Game Becomes Non-responsive
@candiecoatediv This issue could certainly be related to old mods or custom content that aren't working properly anymore, or maybe even lingering effects of mods you've removed. It might be helpful to try running this save in an otherwise clean Sims 4 folder, to see whether it makes a difference. You can copy and paste the save rather than dragging and dropping it so that the original remains intact, with no missing cc.
Please also let me know the size of your save file and when you last played it without having any issues.
To try to avoid the issues with Sims 4 not closing, please play in windowed fullscreen from now on, and open the Task Manager before you play. When there's an issue, you can alt-tab to the TM (or any other app for that matter), which will (should) prevent the game from superceding your clicking on anything else. That way, you should at least be able to force quit the game when it becomes necessary.
When you do alt-tab to the TM, please let me know how much memory, CPU, and GPU the game is using. You can take a screenshot or just list out the values.
