Re: Sims won't save to my library and can't be uploaded to gallery... help!

Are you using custom content ? If so, try the advance filter and include custom content.

  • Thank you for your reply 🙂

Could you tell me what the 'advance filter' is?

It's a new option they added to the gallery. Just underneath the other filters you'll see ADVANCE. Click on that to get an option to include cc.

  • Thank you, but my sims still won't save to my gallery and they appear in their underwear even though I put clothes on them. I only have custom content hair and some jewellery but that's about it... if that helps at all. 🙂

Hi! I started having the same problem 2 days ago. The sims I create will not save to the library. Also I cannot seem to connect online. Very frustrating. I have reinstalled the game and it is also up to date. Thanks for any help.

I'm having this problem too.  I've tried several times to upload sims to the gallery and they never appear there.  What can I do?

  • Hi,

I'm having this exact problem and it's super annoying! I don't use CC but I still get the "glitch."

    Help, please? 🙂

Does it show if you click on your user name and then on view catalog ?

Thanks, that helped! Before I installed the new Sims 4 Career pack, I could see all my Sims in my library.  After installing, I could only see the ones without cc. Checking the box "include cc" under Advance helped.

If you're saving it with CC then look at the pic, in your library click advanced and click include custom content
