@sugarparkjm Tested this in my game and have no issues. Tried the same lot as you did in your video and it was bulldozed fine.

Did you delete your cache files after removing mods ?

I deleted my cache files, put the mods back, updated some mods and removed others. The tool was working, but in this specific lot this is happening: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ik2V6rpC-r39YBlnkG0jAOhXlIUFJ5G8/view?usp=sharing
