@axdrdmvlilpf  Does this happen if you play with no mods or custom content?  Try moving the Mods folder to the desktop and see how long the game takes to load.  You don't need to save your progress, so don't worry about the missing content for now.  Just let me know how much of a difference it makes.

If loading times are much shorter, try disabling the mods and cc pop-up list you see at the Main Menu.  If loading times are still too long, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
