Re: The Sims 4:Get to work - No witness reports nor can I collect clues

A couple of things:

- Do you currently have a case assignment? You can't collect or interact if you don't have one. (This doesn't mean you can't go to a lot that has clues.)
- Have you attempted to leave the lot, let a Sim day pass, then try to visit the crime scene again from the crime map? (Sometimes reloading the map works.)

- While at the crime scene, have you attempted to save your game, exit the game, then re-enter? (Reloading while on the job might re-recognize your attachment to a case.)

If these don't work, next steps I would do:

- Quit the Detective career and re-join it, if you were a Cadet to start with, this shouldn't be much of a problem, this should reset any Case Assignments you were on.

- Try joining the Detective career with another Sim and see if the same problem happens. (If it does, it might be the game overall, and might require a Repair Game from Origin.)

- B

I re-tried letting a sim day pass and I cannot issue a citation or do anything for my sims career with the civilian... I will try doing the repair game then i'll see.

But I do not have the Get to work icon in my library, do i do it directly on Sims 4 ?

Could you take out the CC, put it somewhere out of the Electronic Arts folder and start the game again to see if that works.
If it still doesn't work you can put back all the CC. If it does work sort through the CC to see which one is breaking your game.

Also it seems like the 2 other careers work perfectly fine, its only the detective one...
