@henryhh0824  The EA App thinks you own these packs in Steam.  Do you, or do you own them in the EA App as well?  If you only own them through Steam, you'll need to install the entire game through Steam in order to access those packs.  You could still use everything you own in the EA App: you'd need to uninstall the game through the App, install through Steam, then download your packs (but not a second copy of the base game) through the App.
