@sayalin I've split your post into its own thread because the original thread was quite old. Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save.
If you still can't launch the game, please let me know what antivirus you use. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@sayalin Hello! I'm not sure if this is the issue you're having but in order to play, you have to be signed into Origin, even when you're offline. If you want to avoid that step, just check the box to "keep me signed in". You can even have your internet turned off and still sign into Origin when it pops up. You'll get a notification that you're offline and a message about some features not being available. However, you should be able to open the game once you've signed in.
Edit: If you're playing the game without the internet, you'll have to launch the game using the shortcut. Without internet, you won't be able to launch from the Origin app.
