Thank you for your reply and additional research to my question. I will look further into those you found. Going back to the 2 laptops I found- would you say the Dell would be the better choice with i7 rather than the ultra or would you just choose the Acer one?

@sims_girl123 As stated before, I can't give you a definitive answer to that. The Dell should be significantly faster in running Sims 4, and it's clearly faster overall. However, the Arc GPUs are not yet completely reliable, so I cannot promise you that this particular model will run Sims 4 as its specs would indicate. The processors are irrelevant here in practical terms—the GPU would be the limiting factor in either case.
