Re: Wrong interactions/No interactions showing

Start a new save game for testing purposes and see if you have the same issue on that.

@CutieTheRedPanda Let's try a factory reset of your user files:

    1. With your game closed, create a backup of your The Sims 4 folder. Just copy the folder "The Sims 4" from Documents/Electronic Arts to a safe place (your desktop, a pendrive,...).
    2. Rename the folder "The Sims 4" in Documents/Electronic arts to "The Sims 4 with issues" or something like that.
    3. Open your game. A new "The Sims 4" folder will be created and so you won't have any of your saved games when you open the game. Don't worry, they are in the folder you just renamed.
    4. Play for a while (you will need to create a new game) and check if the issue is still there.

If the issue is solved, then we are going to move your saved games and everything else to your new user folder. To do so, close the game and move one by one the following files/folders from the "The Sims 4 with issues" folder to the new "The Sims 4" folder in Documents/Electronic Arts. You need to test the game after you move each one to make sure the issue is not back. If Windows asks, overwrite:

    • Saves
    • options.ini
    • Tray
    • Screenshots
    • Recorded videos
    • Custom music
    • Mods

If after moving everything your game works as it should, you can delete the folder "The Sims 4 with issues". You should keep the backup we did in step 1 for a few days just in case.

    Good luck!

  • This worked! Thanks for helping me figure this out, now I can play The Sims4 without any problems! 🙂 ❤️

Once again thank you for helping me fix the problems I had.
