Its not my laptop its an ingame thing when i press c it takes a screenshot and i cannot change it but i saw that others don't have the same problem as me
If you are on a Mac make sure that you press the control key (ctrl) not the command (cmd) key.
If on Windows you are running a screen capture program that are set to use that key combo. Either stop it before starting the Sims 4 or change the key combo it uses if possible.
- @The_Piritos099 If it takes a screenshot, it's usually a background program interfering that uses the same keyboard short-cut.
