I have a 3070 and it says this, what the hell does this mean

@micandkris The unrecognized video card error shouldn't prevent you from opening Sims 4. What error are you getting when you try to play? Please post a screenshot of it. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Hey do you know how to get ts4 to recognize the rtx 3070? I read the instructions but I guess that specific graphics card isn't available.
