Recently Purchased Add-Ons Can't Be Found

Howdy! Just purchased Get Together and Nifty Knitting, neither pack are showing anywhere in the EA app (library, manage add-ons, etc.). I have logged out/back in, turned off/back on, and uninstalled/reinstalled all of the things. I have a purchase conformation and everything so the purchase was completed with no issue, but they're just nowhere to be found. HALP!

    I had this same problem just now.  I ran the "Repair" on my Sims game in the EA app.  When it was done, I went to Manage Add-Ons and the new expansion was available to download.  Hope this works for you too!

    This happened to me, repair didn't do it, so i had to restart my PC and it worked

    If you're still having issues, please clear the cache for the EA app following these steps- let me know if you're still not able to access your packs then.
