@WanettaS Does this resolve itself, and if not, how have you been able to fix it, if at all?
If the problem is currently happening, please also run searches for two or three of your missing packs. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner. This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 . Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Then repeat for one or two more packs.
Thank you for your response. Yes it does eventually resolve itself. If I search for the games in the app they show as owned if if I look at the purchasing section. If I look at the manage section it will show in library. To fix this I load the game, it will tell me that my current game is missing packs etc to restart. This could take 2-3 tries. It's like there is a glitch where the games don't load everything owned.
At one time it didn't not even show the icon for sims 4 when I open the EA app. It would show it as sims4 updated but no icon to play the game. So I think this was a update glitch. I would have to close and open EA app several times. Eventually that resolved itself and I haven't seen that for awhile, like less than a month ago. Last update was glitch free.
I'm just saying for the monies I have spent you would think that EA would have have SIM app (I care nothing for their other games).Origin was so much more user friendly and this is why I resolved myself not purchase any more EP and GP until EA improves there app. I miss the actual disc it took all the fix your system trying this (only to mess it up) Sorry for the rant, but it's been a thorn in my side for more than year now.
@WanettaS The next time this happens, try clearing the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
It's also sometimes necessary to force the App to update. Go here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
and launch the EAUpdater.exe, then restart your computer when it's done.
And I've seen a couple of reports that the App won't load all packs when Sims 4 is launched from the desktop icon, only from the game library, so that's another approach to try.
I agree that all this is an unnecessary headache that shouldn't be imposed on players, but the EA App has a lot of issues that haven't been resolved. And unfortunately, it looks like that will be the case for the forseeable future.
