Redeem code

Hello everyone

I Just bought the bundle of The Sims 4 Deluxe and The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs. On the box there was the product code. In the page of Origin i put the redeem code and after nothing. In my email it had no mail with activation code. Please help

    The game is tied to your account.

    In Origin My Game Library you will find the games you bought.
