- @RemixBeatz Please check if Origin needs to update.
Please also send a DxDiag.
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ @RemixBeatz Try clearing Origin's cache before repairing. The regular uninstall method doesn't remove the cache files.

And run Origin as an admin: right-click on the shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
If that doesn't help, please let me know how you normally uninstall Origin; there are a few different approaches, with varying levels of effectiveness.
I have looked into all the other questions and basically my game is doing the same thing. It freezes at the loading screen and when I try to repair the game, it gives me the code. I have cleared the cache, disabled my firewall and malware software altogether and I have uninstalled and reinstalled origin. Everything is up to date. Has anyone been able to figure out a solution to this? I haven’t been able to play my game in a few days now. Please help. Thanks in advance!
@kayylaamarie127 Did you do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Origin? A simple uninstall often isn't enough; it's necessary to clear Origin's cache and then uninstall "the hard way," at the same time:

When you reinstall Origin, run it as an admin: right-click on the shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
If that doesn't help, try creating a new Windows admin user account on your computer. You can sign into your existing Origin account and run the game repair from there.
- @puzzlezaddict Thank you! The hard way worked and let me get on but not it’s just stuck at the loading screen when I clicked on a household to play with. Not sure what is wrong but this is why I tried to repair the game in the first place.
@kayylaamarie127 Does this happen with a new save as well? Please start one just to test and let me know.
If a new save won't load either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

- @puzzlezaddict It works on a new file and I tried on a different household in the file that I am trying to play and it worked. But when I go into the university world it just gets stuck at the loading screen and won’t open.
@kayylaamarie127 Try playing the different household within the same save for a few sim-hours. Then "save as" and rename the save (so the original remains intact as a backup), quit, reload, and try to load the household that isn't working.
If you still can't load that household, try reverting to a backup version of your save. Use the manual method in the article below, and make a backup copy of any save you recover, so you can mess around with one copy while the other is untouched.

- @puzzlezaddict Thank you! The restoring an old save worked!!
ERROR CODE: 327682:12
after installing the bunk beds update, i couldn't place them or any other item in the catalogue. exited the game and retried several times, but no dice. so i decided to repair my game, but that's when the real problems started. it will go through many packs as per usual, but will reach a point where it stalls, then i get the above error code. i've had no problems until now. i own all the packs and i also have loads of CC and a couple of mods, nut they've never caused any problems.
