Residential Lot at Kiyomatsu Point not working

I built a residential house on this lot but I can’t play it — the walls just stay up and my sim just keeps spawning at the ski lift. Has anyone else had this problem??

    @CAArleigh  Please test in a new save.  You can save your build to your in-game library and place it in a separate save; just see whether a new sim has the same issue.
