The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

Having the same problem as well. I purchased both Bust the Dust and Country Kitchen. They are both showing up on the main menu as unowned.
Tried cleaning the cache and restarting but still not go

Yeah, I'm also having the same problem. Bust the Dust seems to have disappeared from my account despite my having purchased it a few days ago.
Is there currently an ETA of when the issue will be resolved? I purchased all 3 kits the day of release and I'm having the same issues as everyone else.
I'm having the same issue, but with all three kits. But I see from the reply above by the EA Sims Team that they're aware of the issue and working to fix it. I suppose I shall be patient. 🙂
