@celebhith If you have a backup from before the accident happened, then you can just copy the save files back into your sims directory. (Usually Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves)
If you don't have a backup, then unfortunately there's nothing you can do. In the future, make a backup of the entire "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder periodically.
