Roommate option on CAS doesn't show even after deleting all my mods

I created two sims and wanted to have their relationship as roommates but the only two options I could choose are "family member" and "sister" . I deleted all my mods to see if the mods were causing...

@filipsenw Family Member is not an option that the game offers to my knowledge. Roommate was renamed to household member though so maybe that's the issue ?

Could you post a screenshot of the option you're seeing ?

    @crinrict that may be because I have the polish game version and I'm translating what it says from there
