When Using build mode, I could previously use the , and . keys (aka < >) to rotate floor tiles etc But now I am no longer able to. Now it rotates the camera. It is really annoying me because all I want is to rotate my floor tiles and I cant.
Could you try to change your mouse options to the Sims 3 mouse or the Sims 4 mouse?
Esc > Options > Controls & Camera > The Sims 3 camera
Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
