aname1024 Okay, everything is in the correct location. So please delete all three EP21 folders in your screenshot. You'll need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager's background processes list first. Then clear the App's cache (again):

Repair the game again, and reinstall the pack.
What does it mean when there is no EP21 folder? Have followed all steps, repaired, etc rebooted - didn't realize I needed to be an IT expert to play. *sigh*
