San Myshuno won't load

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Parenthood
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea.
What happens when the bug occurs? I go to 'Manage Worlds' and can play around with every world except San Myshuno.
What do you expect to see? A San Myshuno map where I can add buildings etc, and play San Myshuno as it should be.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The 'Seasons' patch.

I have removed all mods, and can play every world except for San Myshuno. I only get a completely blank white screen, and it locks (crashes) my PC.

    Hey there.

    You have a corrupted save. This is a common thing among The Sims 4 players. Corrupted saves can lead to lag, glitches, and game bugs that are unwanted. There isn't really a way to fix a corrupted save, sadly.

    I do suggest saving all of your sims in your corrupted save to the gallery, possibly upload them as well for safety measures, making a new save and place them back into the world.

    Could you try letting the game make a new game folder?
    - Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\
    - Rename the 'The Sims 4' folder to something like 'The Sims 4 old' 
    - Start the game, this will create a new folder.
    - Test the game, if it works fine start moving folders from 'The Sims 4 old' over to the new folder.

    Thank you Phantomlover, for your help!

    I did this and San Myshuno worked for a new save! However, once I copied my old save across, the same occurred, I can play around in 'Manage Worlds' everywhere except San Myshuno!! Blank white screen, and crashes my game ☹️

    Perhaps it's a corrupted save.

    Anyway, thanx again for your reply!!!

    Hey Aidensays,

    I think you're right.

    I uploaded the Sim I was playing and her house to the Gallery, made a new game and voila, everything works fine.

    Surly a waste of money!!  And not to be able to do anything about it is robbery!!  I refuse to purchase anymore games until I am able to play the ones that I have already bought and paid for or origin need to refund my money back!!  It's only fair...
