Save file crashing

So when I got my new pc about a year ago and tried to play the sims 4 again about 4 months into my new game it was bugging out I reported it and they told me to start a new game.  I did and it was working ok for a couple of months and then last March it started crashing there is no message the game just shuts down to my desktop.  At first it was only happening a couple times a week but in the middle of May the game started to crash as soon as the house loads and I can't play it at all.  I've tried it with and without mods and I have repaired the game and got rid of the cache.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall my game and my computer is up to date.   

Please help I don't want to have to start a new game every 6 months
