Save file won’t load – Sims freeze on load screen

krecik4646​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find.  Try again to load your main household, still with no mods or custom content, and when it fails to load, see whether you get a new lastexception.  If you do, open it and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.  Alternately, you can copy the file's contents and paste them into your reply.
