Save files location w/t new update?

I'm having trouble finding where the save files for my games might be now that the file layout/organization has changed with new updates. 

I accedentily deleted my old game, and after downloading the game all over again the game's file layout is competly different. I was hoping to import some old saved version of my game I had backed up somewhere, but there are no longer 'saved', 'tray', etc. files i can import into.

Does anyone know where the game's saved files are now? Thanks:)
