Press the Windows key and type "CMD" (without the quotation marks).
Click on "Command Prompt" in the search results.
Copy and paste:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
(with the quotation marks) into the "Command Prompt" windows > Press Enter.
Take a screenshot of the "Command Prompt" window and upload it here. (You can do that with the paperclip symbol in the edit bar.)
