Scaling with a Norwegian keyboard

I can’t find any way to scale items smaller yet for a Norwegian keyboard, is this not implemented or is it just really hard to find, because I’ve tried clicking everything.

For all Scandinavian layouts it is ´ and å

No need to hold shift.

  So basically you need to switch to US layout first.

    I'm from Denmark and have no problems using these keys ´ and å.
    Notice Scandinavian keyboard layouts are basically the same with only minor differences. Because of this a generic layout is used with the 5 keys that are different marked with all possibilities usually in different colors.

  You must be holding the Item in Build mode while doing this.
