My Sims 4 crashes every 5-10 minutes. When it crashes, my work is never saved. It crashes during CAS, gameplay, building, etc... and it's really annoying. Yes, I have mods, but when I played without ...
@lianelianeliane You're fine; I know this process can be difficult to navigate (and this site as well).
Since you have Windows 7, your dxdiag doesn't list any error reports. So please gather that information from the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes. A graph will show up with an entry for each day. For the last two days, look for any entries that mention Sims 4 or Origin, or any that have timestamps that correspond to when the game crashed. For each one, click "View technical details" and copy the information you see into a text document (Notepad works fine). You can attach the .txt file just like you did the dxdiag.
I only copied and pasted 1 from each day, so I don't know if I did this correctly.
@lianelianeliane You got exactly the right information. Most of the errors aren't really specific, although one does reference DirectX 9. If you're running RivaTuner Statistics Server or MSI Afterburner alongside the game, please disable it, and test, just to be thorough.
If that doesn't help, please reinstall DirectX 9. You don't need to uninstall your current version; just download the installer from Microsoft and run it.

If that doesn't help either, please update your graphics card driver, which is from 2016. Be sure to get the 64-bit version, since your Windows 7 runs in 64-bit.
Let me know if none of this helps.
It's still crashing, sadly.
@lianelianeliane It would be useful to see a crash dump. Please set Windows to create one, then launch the game and let it crash. Here's how:
