Seasons - Wild lily does not produce harvestables

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1 - Go to oakenstead Step 2 - Stare at the wild lily for 7 in-game days until the lily is fully grown Step 3 - Wait Step 4 - Lily has not produced harvestables after 8 in-game days Step 5 - Travel to another lot Step 6 - Return to oakenstead Step 7 - See that lily's growth state has been reset, and ya have to start the whole gig again.
What happens when the bug occurs? The wild lily grows but does not produce harvestables, but does grow to seemingly full maturity. However, after travelling and returning to the lot the growth of the wild plant is reset.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see: 1) The lily producing harvestables after it has reached full maturity 2) The lily's growth not to be reset after travelling if it is still the current season.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Note: This happened while game was in spring, seasons set to max length
Other possible factors: I had four sims in my household, one was a vampire. I kept sim #1 in the lot then brought over sim#2 and sent sim#1 home and repeated this process so that I, the player, stayed at the lot but my sims didn't die of starvation. The vampire, however, I brought over while sim#1 was at the lot and let the vampire die and collected the gravestone.
