oomarryoo Nukacolakate Does the lot you're trying to load have the Off the Grid lot challenge? If so, or you're not sure, go to Manage Worlds and load the lot in Build mode. You'll be able to remove any challenges from there.
Yes, the lot had that challenge. I removed it and it worked! I could send my sim back home und the lot loaded very fast as well. Thank you!

Now are all my rewards of the first challenge gone. I put everything back in the folder except the old saves, but nope, no rewards there. I had all the reqards of the first login challenge. How will I get them back?
oomarryoo The data from the first login event is currently stored in accountDataDB.package, and it was previously stored in UserSetting.ini. So if you have a copy of accountDataDB from before you lost your rewards, restore that. OR if you have a copy of UserSetting from before the September patch, delete your current accountDataDB and restore the old UserSetting, so the game migrates the data again.
