Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In new worlds
What happens when the bug occurs? The shift key + left click menu doesn't pop up in newly created worlds. I have two other worlds in reach doing this action works perfectly fine, but for some reason it doesn't work in new game save files
What do you expect to see? The cheat menu to pop up in all worlds.

The shift key + left click menu doesn't pop up in newly created worlds. I have two other worlds in reach doing this action works perfectly fine, but for some reason it doesn't work in new game save files. The first photo shows it working properly in an old game file. Second photo (blurred out some options to keep it PG) shows it not working in a new game file.
