Did you have CC before? The damage may have been done then if you did.

But if you're okay with Mods, MCCC and its Dresser module (that mod on MTS you mentioned is probably way too old) can help you fix affected Sims.

Also, Sims4Studio's "Disallow CC for Shower" batch fix can help fix your CC so it doesn't happen again.

I have been looking through MCCC Dresser and I can't seem to find the right settings. Watched a few YouTube videos and Dresser seems to have changed a bit.

    also just noticed that trying to get my sims to change to nude they are also wearing clothes.  so is there a way to reset the nude state?

      @Irobag Moving this to tech for further troubleshooting

      MCCC is the only way I know to reset the stage. I don't have dresser installed but it might be a general setting.

      Hopefully someone here knows straight away were to find it, otherwise, please refer to MCCC documentation.

        I think you might also need MCCC Cleaner (sorry!)? I'll have to re-read the documentation to be sure.
