I think you might also need MCCC Cleaner (sorry!)? I'll have to re-read the documentation to be sure.
So what is the best way to get started? I guess take all CC out, clean my cache out/delete Sims 4 folder from Docs, start a new game and reintroduce CC slowly? I think the problem could have started with a sim I got from the gallery.
As I understand it, once the problem appears it corrupts everything. So the idea is to make sure everything is clean from the first time one of my sims has to get nude?

What you're saying is mostly way too extreme. Try removing CC and deleting the localthumbcache.package (or something like that) from your Sims 4 folder in Documents, for starters.
Did you register at Sims4Studio and download the program yet?
- 7 years agoYeah, I have it. I haven't done too much with making them showerproof. I am familiar with it enough to make sure I don't see sims walking around on Sixam with dresses and high heels
The only mods I have in atm are the MCCC ones. So, right now everything is fine. But I also haven't put any custom outfits back yet. Kind of afraid to put things back right now.
From what I have read, the problem introduces itself when a CC item marked as nude in Sims4 Studio.
It does sound like there is a way to fix things though if it breaks. I did end up going the extreme route though just because in addition to the shower issue I was hanging on load screens.- 7 years ago
Hmm, dang.
Hopefully you won't have it happen again though, at least.
