Sim can’t age

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add a townie sim to your household via the join household interaction or open a household in game and try to age up your sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? The options to blow out candles, taste frosting, and make a wish don’t appear in the menu of a birthday cake with candles in the middle of a table, you can’t age them up in CAS, even if its the first thing you do when you open a save. The sims age bar is permanently stuck at 11 days until age up (short lifespan) even though her partner is about to age up to an elder.
What do you expect to see? My sim should age naturally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The bug may have happened after I switched her gender settings to “can get sims pregnant” but not sure.

I don't see the male Sim in this househod ?
You would need to cheat and remove the trait if you want her to age but on console this would disable your achievements. Let me know if you want to do it anyways.
