Sim stuck in T-Pose

Ever since the new University patch came out, CAS loads with my sim stuck in the T-pose. I cant edit the body or face at all in this. Even after removing mods, it still isn't fixed.

I'm afraid you need to uninstall the game in Origin and install it again.
